The Duo Series: 6

Man’s best friend. There’s something about companionship that invites simplicity: of all the complexities of modern life, a dog will love its owner if it’s treated well. It’s such a simple equation that it’s almost black and white…

Taken near the top of Arthur's Seat, the mountain overlooking Edinburgh. There was a howling wind gusting over the barren slopes, but it wasn't enough to dissuade a few brave souls from climbing to the top!

With the ocean stretching off to the horizon, dramatic clouds racing across the bay and the fierce wind over the ridge, there was still a moment of silence and companionship.

  1. These are my favourites of the Duo Series so far.

And I can relate. Our dog will want to go for a walk regardless of how unpleasant it is outside!

    • Thanks! Yes, I think there’s a good connection in both images, I’m happy with how they turned out. I don’t often use black and white, but these ones have inspired me to use it a bit more…
